Mag. Karin Huber-Heim
Karin is a specialist in sustainability consulting, reporting and communication. In her more than ten years of industry experience, she has supported international companies in implementing ESG criteria or standards like ISO 26000 and in managing their stakeholder relations, and authored several publications on corporate responsibility management (CSR) and sustainability. Her in-depth expertise enables I-PEF to advise clients on all aspects of sustainability.
Karin has been academic director for Sustainability Studies at University of Applied Sciences BFI Vienna and a visiting professor for Corporate Sustainability at business schools since 2011. She is member of the Board at the Global Compact Network Austria and at Bertalanffy Center for the Study of Systems Science.
Karin holds an M.A. in Media and Communication Studies and Psychology, as well as a postgraduate degree in CSR Management. A frequent speaker and host, she has participated in several high-profile summits and conferences on sustainability. Being one of the founding partners of I-PEF is a natural step in her professional career.
